America's Seed Fund: Iowa Program

America's Seed Fund: Iowa Program enhances innovation by helping companies apply for federal small business funding. IEDA has delegated the delivery of the America's Seed Fund: Iowa Program (also known as the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Outreach Program) to BioConnect Iowa to support entrepreneurs in creating successful grant applications. This program reviews ideas, offers professional proposal assistance and matching funds for awarded companies. This program assists Iowa companies by reviewing America's Seed Fund grant proposal applications and providing commitments to matching grant funds for Phase I awards.
