Eastern Iowa Industrial Center (EIIC) offers 72 acres of State of Iowa Certified, development ready lots suitable for manufacturing, logistics and warehouse operations. Adjacent to the EIIC is another 150+ acres that can be made available. The EIIC, zoned light industrial, is conveniently located on Interstate Route 80 and offers easy access to major cities in the Midwest.

The EIIC also has access to multi-model transportation including a new transload rail facility on site and available for use.

As a certified site, engineering due diligence studies are complete and available for prospective buyer’s review. Studies include Phase I Environmental Assessment, National Wetlands Inventory, Wetlands Delineation Report, Phase One Archeological, Geotechnical, Soil and Topographic Surveys.
